this blog isn't going to be so bad. Hello all and welcome to Compared To Hitler!

We there at Consider Your Ass Kicked! were finding, as usual, that too many posts were cropping up comparing things to Hitler. Post after post, until suddenly - on went the lightbulb!

Why not set up a blog whose express purpose is to take pretty much anything - world events, trends, political movements and figures, religious and spiritual ideas, popular entertainments, unpopular views, swimming pools, movie stars - and compare it to Hitler?

Don't answer that question. It's meant as rhetorical.

I changed my "about the author" blurb months back to this:

Compared to Hitler, the author of this blog is a sensitive, compassionate, and decent human being. Wait. I meant in contrast to Hitler.

I didn't realize it would change it across all blogs. Kind of odd thing to do there, dude.
